Ghost Writing on Sexual Health after Menopause: Check out Intimate Rose!
Hi all! As a PT, one of my favorite parts of the job is teaching: I love educating my patients about their conditions, their problems, and health in general. I love watching the proverbial lightbulb go on when a patient really understands something new about their body and the way it works. I love the challenge of finding new, creative ways to explain and illustrate complex concepts in ways that are approachable for everyone, regardless of their background and knowledge base. Oftentimes, I end up learning something new myself in the process!
Lately, I’ve fortunate to be able to branch out a bit more into health and medical writing, which offers me another platform for teaching and learning. My hope is that my writing here and elsewhere will both help my current patients, while also reaching a larger audience beyond the folks I see in clinic. After all, we can never have too many people talking and teaching about pelvic health!
On this theme, I’ve got a little something different for you today: a blog article that I ghost-wrote for Intimate Rose, a fantastic, physical therapist-run company that produces and sells products for pelvic health rehabilitation. I recommend their products to my patients all the time: they are comfortable and easy to use, effective, affordable, and truly beautiful! The company’s founder, Dr. Amanda Olson, is a pelvic PT herself, and has developed a huge, comprehensive blog on all sorts of pelvic health topics. While you’re on the Intimate Rose site to read this post, be sure to check out some of the other information there – let’s keep learning together!
